Queen File’ VII

Baby Clavier is the canine companion of Shanon and Charlotte Clavier and canine sibling of Derek and Camille.  Baby is a very gentle Pit Bull Terrier who enjoys playing with "Catdog" the family feline who has always asserted his loving dominance over her.  Charlotte Stemmans Clavier serves as the treasurer of the Krewe.

 

King Gumbo VII

Festival Evans, the 10 year old canine son of Linzee Evans, was found and rescued in Girard Park as a puppy at Festivals Acadiens - hence his name.  Festival has been a member of Krewe des Chiens since its conception and reigned as the Court Jester in 2003.  Festival loves to ride in the car with the wind blowing in his face and also enjoys sunning on the deck watching the squirrels.  He shares his home with a canine sister “Checkers”, 11 cats and an African Gray parrot “Angelica”.

 

Duchess

Zucker Alonzo is the canine daughter of Janet Ryland and Tommy Alonzo.  She is a 10 year old rescue from the pound.  She was named Zucker, German for sugar,  because she was so sweet.  Sadly she is not always sweet, but loved anyway.  When not chasing squirrels, she loves playing with her companion "Kitty Cat."

 

Duke

Winston Thirst-n-Howl III is the two year old Jack Russell Terrier son of Peggy and Don Domingue and canine sibling of Blythe, Mallory and Myles.  Winston is a newspaper retrieving professional and an avid broom and squirrel chaser.  In his spare time he enjoys long walks, playing in the sprinkler, napping with his people or in the nearest basket, but his favorite pastime is hanging out with his daycare buddies.

 

Court Jester

Percy Barousse is a 5 year old bassett, lab and cocker spaniel mix who was chosen by his "people sister" Jennifer from an abandoned litter of puppies.  Percy has two canine sisters - Biscuit, a stray found on the school grounds where his people mom works, and Tara, a foster puppy who became a permanent family member this past Christmas.  He is a graduate of Petsmart Dog Obedience Class.  His hobbies include sleeping, chasing squirrels, barking, long walks and more sleeping!  For fun Percy loves to "scoo-dog", a game where he pulls Jennifer on her scooter with his leash.
