Cooper Lynn is a two year old, 2.5 lb Teacup Yorkie that is spoiled beyond belief. She loves to go for walks in the neighborhood and her favorite treat is Cheerios.  Cooper Lynn was the Krewe's 2009 Grand Marshal and the 2008 "Cutie Patootie" Contest winner to benefit the Iberia Humane Society.

 

 

 

 

 

Pete is a six year old French Bulldog that was adopted by the Plauché family at 10 months old due to a severe form of a respiratory condition common to that breed.  His handicap causes loud snoring and prevents him from tolerating intense exercise and heat, but it doesn't slow him down.  He is a mama's boy and is usually found within a few feet of Kristin.  He loves everyone he meets and can sit, bow, high five, dance and even "stick 'em up"!  Pete especially loves his extended family: Jo Beth and Drew (human siblings), and fellow four-legged housemates Abby, Tug (both yellow labs) and Domino, Daisy, and Puff (kitties).  His favorite past-time is chasing our chickens out in the yard.  His least favorite activity is bath time!  He is the most loving and obeient pet the family has ever had and that gets him the "royal treatment" every day! 

 

 

 

 

 NiNi is a six year old Yorkie who enjoys running around the farm with grandma's chickens.  NiNi's human sister, Alyssa, likes to think of her as her very own baby doll.

 

 

 

 

Fergus is a one year old AKC Red Wheaten Scottish Terrier.  He has a great personality and loves people - especially his human sisters, Katelyn and Alexandra.  His favorite hobbies are taking very long walks, car rides, and going to play with his buddies at Lafayette Veterinary Care Center.  He also enjoys his classes at Petsmart, digging in Mommy's flower beds and chasing his feline sisters, LuLu and Rosie.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pedro, aka "Crunchy" was rescued from life on the streets and now lives in Breaux Bridge with Jackie Chan, Saffy, and lots of cat buddies.  Pedro loves spending his days at Lafayette Veterinary Care Center with his human nanny, Silvia Bertolazzi, and his canine pals.

 

 

 

 

The position of Grand Marshal was auctioned off in a live radio auction in January.  Anna's grand-dog, Heidi, will lead this year's Parade.  Heidi loves to fetch, play ball and go boat riding.
